Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to offer competitive pricing that works for today’s market while maintaining the quality and value our customers expect.

Minimum Order
A minimum opening order of $200.00 is required for all new customers.

Reorders under $200.00 are subject to a $10.00 handling fee.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are subject to approval. Until credit terms are established, all new customers must prepay by credit card or wire transfer. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Shipping
FedEx is our preferred carrier. Customers requesting shipment via another carrier should indicate their preference when placing the order. All shipments are F.O.B. our dock. Freight is not prepaid.

Seasonal Orders
We gladly accept seasonal orders in advance of the holiday season and will ship according to your requested delivery schedule.

Claims & Damages
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any claims for shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

Returns
No product may be returned for any reason without prior written authorization and a return authorization number issued by Party Time Manufacturing Company. Any product returned without authorization will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Backorders
We do not process backorders. Any out-of-stock items will be cancelled at the time of shipment.

Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

Photo & Image Use
All product photography, images, and visual content are the property of Party Time Manufacturing Company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Product Use
Products are sold for resale only in their original form. Repackaging, relabeling, or unauthorized use of our products without prior written approval is prohibited.

Errors & Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or product description errors.
